My lvl 88 rogue has completed the first Rupkerr quest, "An Expedition Gone Awry" and the first Dark Alchemist Illian quest, "Protecting the Weak (Minded)". Neither will respond to my hails to get the next quest, or respond to the quest request phrase. Any one else having this problem?
Sometimes lag can block you. Sometimes Npcs dont respond if you are invis. I know these are vanilla answers but your level isnt blocking you. These are both solo tasks that only require you to have completed the previous task to request the 2nd from each npc. If its not one of those then something is buggy yes.
