Broken Threat on Agnarr

Taunt gets fairly reliable above 150 skill. You just have to keep at it.

I don't think so. At 40+ when I taunt the incoming mob it immediately turns on me. This is with a bard puller who generates a bit of aggro on the pull.

The only issue that these TLP's really have is proximity aggro is stupidly high at all points, regardless of how much aggro is already built, as well as your proximity when casting spells is determining how much hate the spell gives(if you cast in pb range it generates 2-3 times the hate as casting a spell max range).

Did you just make that up?

Gee if only there was some kind of meter which could measure agro...
