Bremmus Mopfoot is a halfling quest NPC for a quest in Gulf of Gunthak involving a lucky scavenger, though neither of both seem to spawn anymore. Was that quest removed at some point ? She's supposed to be next to another quest NPC, a shipwrecked hatestorm sailor, who still spawns on Live servers.
The alla quest entry was updated back in July of this year, and it seems like someone updated lucy info for the trinkets in late September. Both of these are odd to me because I've spent significant time in LoY (especially Gunthak) and I don't think I've ever seen the halfling or the lucky scavengers but I'm familiar with the shipwrecked sailor. As to whether it's been removed I'm afraid I can't help.
