Breaking Ballistea Quest Unable to Be Completed

• I am attempting to complete the quest Breaking Ballistea in Argath. I have not been able to destroy the first Erillian catapult. The area marked on the map for first catapult" does not have a catapult in that spot. I have searched the zone and tried to destroy other catapults but none have given me an update to finish the quest.
