Just curious how much more dps the elemental bows do then bow of storms? I may not be able to afford an elemental bow, from lack of krono, but can probably get a bow of storms through dkp.
bow of shadows/flame/storm from Luclin are all just below EPs but its not massive. Upgrade to EPs if your guild is crafting them when you can. It's not direly urgent to need to upgrade right away.
