Bought a month subscription but is still denying me access to severe and mercs.

    A returning EQ player, having a bit of trouble with the subscription as nothing has changed in my account. The purchase history shows that I did buy it but when I go to my subscription management it says I have no subscription. Any ideas?

    Yes. Restarted computer, ect. :/

    I figured it out. I stupidly typed in an old address of mine which was making the purchase act weird. Thanks
