Does anyone know if the Bonus XP is applied before or after Fellowship shared XP? Basically, I want to know if I should be filling the vitality bars of alts, or using this time to to burn it down.
The vitality you earn now will give the same boost that it does at other times as the xp bonus only applies to xp you earn. At most the bonus xp will help it fill up faster but using the vitality earned during an xp bonus is the same as using vitality earned without one.
