Bold Attacks

So Messing around with this today.
I set up a social for both of the following, so no need to open AA window and repurchase.

/alt act 692
Will spend the 16th level of Bold attacks and disable the AA.

/alt buy 16116
Will repurchase the 16th level and enable it.

This is for a warrior not sure if other tank classes are the same.

They're not the same AA for each class, so that won't work for everyone. I tried asking a dev if they could make /alt buy use the same ID as act and they said they are working on something to make it easier. But I do agree just something I can throw in my hot button to switch weapon sets (and other things like removing voice for SHD) would be nice

I suspect
SK is 16114
Pally is 16115
But i do not have the toons to verify

Both of those are most likely part of the warrior line.

And for Sneering Grin?

If someone sends an updated capture to http://www.raidloot.com/AAHelp.aspx then the IDs shown is the ID /alt buy wants.

Just curious, why would you want to turn it off? Even when burning I wasn't coming close on the aggro meter with it on.

Tank screws up, not your fault (less to worry about?)

There's utility to having Taunt button lack the additional hate, for the next tank up. Bold Attacks I've never wanted to turn off.

Whether in a group or raid situation, if I am DPSing instead of tanking, even if I leave Bold Attack on 24/7, it should not cause aggro problems for those who are tanking and actively trying to keep aggro. I see no reason to turn it off, ever. Sneering Grin losing its 5 minute buff is a little saddening for me, since I used its worn off message as an audio trigger to let me know that NTtB was ready to use again, since it was also 5 minute reuse.

At 105, you can do the following:

• To turn on Bold Attacks:
  • /alt buy 1911

• To turn off Bold Attacks:
  • /alt act 792

The alt activate codes are listed in the ability description of the AA window if anyone needs them for the lower levels.

792 on Eqresources shows to be "Army of the Dead" Necromancer AA

Not sure what to tell you. I tested it in game and that's what works for me.

Could be from all the AA consolidation stuff freeing up #'s if true, that means that some other ones might be weird too then

Army of the Dead is changed. I had to make a new hotkey for it on my necro. I don't remember the number, nor am I home and able to log to look up the new number.

I'm not gonna complain since I don't have issues with aggro, but isn't the Warrior line of Bold Attacks only 25% versus the Knights' 50%? Or does only Paladin go that high? Can't look it up because Warrior and SK AAs need updated on RaidLoot's parser and I'm at work.

Right now my alt sk is rank 10/16 and is 35%, so appears sk max at 50% too
