Bestial Evulsing bug (Beastlord)

    After the patch today (8/19/15) Bestial Evulsing will no longer work each time the button is pressed. After using the skill 3-6 times then the buff will stick on me but it is very random.

    Other beastlords are also having this problem so its not just me!
