Baton of the Sky in classic had the ability to recharge with box of the void and a class 2 mana battery. Has anyone else had problems recharging this item or is not rechargeable anymore, or is it broken? Maybe you need a toolbox or something? Developers please!
I tried to recharge it in a box of the void with all different class batteries and it would not combine. I am a tinker with 119 skill and tried in a toolbox with the same result. "Does not combine in this container type"
All the sky items that can be recharged have the battery info in their lore. This item does not have that in the lore.
This is the direct upgraded version of the previous reward item Wutain Baton. The Wutain Baton was rechargeable and featured the same exact effect. This was clearly an oversight and not a nerf or by design. Thanks for your thoughts on the matter though.
It may have been an oversight, it may have been a nerf. You have no way of knowing. It does appear to be an oversight, but they did have a history of nerfing instant rez effects in that time period.
