Bard Diet.

    So, when were Travis Two Tone in Nek Forrest and Drizda Tunesinger in Feerrott buffed? They are currently perma rooted, summon and hit for twice what they used to. Did I miss something?

    I don't know the answer to your question but Travis Two Tone is easily the best named NPC in EQ.

    What happened was that the developers at some time in the past realized that having underpowered, under HP'd quest NPC's that bottom feeders could perma camp for cheap exp was a design flaw.

    Chances are that if you manage to kill one of these you'll get no exp either.

    I ran into him the other day on my necro, summoned and was double hitting for about 100 each and was indeed perma rooted.

    I have hence decided to leave bards alone lol. Some of those old guides that suggest afk camping individual named npc's are a bit out of date. You can however still kill them on p99 if your interested in following the 6 min bard diet.
