So if it's so small to be negligable , why restrict it? As for who it was made for, i think it's a great idea , exspecially for folk who just want to pop in and DO SOMETHING for a short time. Gives targets and incentives. There seems to be a race to see who can get the most rare types done. SOme as it is are useless, like the one for killing god avatars. They are all raid flagged so other than the achivement what good is it? And not a lot of level 100 skunks roaming around for that matter. I would like to see even more, How about " Lions and Tigers and Bears Oh MY!" Kill 100 of each type on 3 different continents.
