Per its description, the Artisan's Prize is supposed to increase faction to Wolves of the North, among others. While the other factions appear to be working correctly, it does not seem to impact Wolves of the North at all.
Are you looking at the Reaction column or the Standing column? Because the Standing column will remain the same. Only the Reaction column changes when you apply/remove a modifier. And you need to hover your cursor over the value to see the value change.
