Alchemist Bauer in West Freeport has spawned in GoD on previous prog servers. He is not up on Aradune yet.
Hi, i would like to bump this post. Server: Rizlona Era: Dragons of Norrath Issue: Alchemist Bauer in West Freeport is still not spawning.
Here is some more information. The old bug tracker had a dev note saying this is restricted to Depths of Darkhollow due to the Staff of Elemental Flux quest being from that era, however this NPC is involved in a Dragons of Norrath-era quest as well - "Investigate a Disappearance" aka Furious Jailor.
