Another feature request! Older expansion currency -> Heirloom?

I made a similar plea last year, stated my case as to why we should do it, but it seems that the design team at Darkpaw isn't too keen on sensible ideas, with the request finally falling on metaphorical deaf ears. One can only hope that maybe this time, they are much more pliable to good suggestions.

Agreed in most part
It's horrible to see so much currency just wasted - both group and raid
I'd like to see it all tradeable after x many expansions (it's not a big deal for raid currency as raids still have to be completed at least once to unlock the gear)
Heirloom I'm not so keen on (altho it's better than nothing) as most folk don't have their 'main alts' on the same acc as their main

I really like the idea of being able to trade it (group and raid currency) in for more contemporary currency

If nothing else, adding tradable ornaments to the vendors.
