Aid Eino will not spawn in a Nightmare DZ, had him spawn and failed the event previously. Waited a week, spawned a new DZ. Re-hailed him in library and got the "meet me in nightmare" response. Began spamming "quellious be my guide" at 8pm game time through 11pm game time, at the correct location by the tree. Tried again from 8pm-11pm the next cycle to make sure, still no spawn.
