With all the agro mods out there I have to ask. Is the highest ago mod value taken and used or do / will they stack? Example From the Royal Guardian's Chilling Visor appropriate classes get Worn Effect: Echo of Anger V 1: Increase Hate Generated by 25% Shadowknights also have Voice of Thule 1: Increase Aggro Modifier by 72%. I'm going to assume its supposed to work like haste and only the highest is used as the modifier.
one worn + one spell just like haste mask + VoT or Mask + enchanter horrifing or Mask + SK touch of Holmein
How does song play into this. ie...Rage of the forsaken Increase Hate Generated by 165% but goes to the song window and requires targeting a mob to activate.
Rage of the Forsaken probably just counts as another hate modifying buff like Voice of Thule. It may be odd that it goes into the song window, which leads you to think of other stacking effects like haste versus overhaste, but I've never heard of overhate, and I don't think it needs to be introduced since there isn't a cap on aggro generation. Rage of the Forsaken requires a target to cast because there is an initial aggro component as well as the buff.
