When DBG launched Velious a few minutes ago, there was a system wide message that the barriers to Shadows of Luclin were released as well. Was this a mistake? Rolled back?
It was a barrier weakening message, probably. It happens on every expansion launch on the non voting servers. Basically it means the timer to unlock Luclin has started. Voting TLP's get the same message when they have killed all content.
