Attached below is the excuse DBG is calling customer service. am i the only one missing Sony? i Submitted a Petition due to a in game Advloot bug were the item bugged out and never made it to my character. please review the below content and let me know if this meets any sub par level of customer service skills. you take 6 days to refund me me lore items i already had which were not the correct part of the quest. Considering canceling my subs over this.

I was given Head of Skargus by myself in the advanced loot window. i looked in my logs it says i looted it but i dont have it in my bags.

im unsure how its possible that its not located in any of the logs. i even linked the head in guild chat. right after it dropped. the item appeared in adv loot window i right clicked the item ad granted it to kugbok "myself" and it never appeared in my loot. i checked my ingame logs and it never said i looted the item but it did say it was granted to me. if im unable to get the item can i atleast get the items for the turn in back?

I understand your confusion with this issue as what you see in your logs is also reflected in ours. Items that are created on corpses that have not been looted, are not logged by our records. As such, since you never actually obtained it, I can't verify you had it. So while I am still unable to grant you this item, I hope this clears some of your confusion regarding this issue.

Can u please slow down and realize you are refunding me the items u hand into Shady goblin. i need the items u hand into Angry goblin. which i already turned in to spawn Skargus. i understand u cant give me the head as i never "had" it. but at least give me the items i need so i only have to redo the 3 day spawn mob. the Angry goblin.

I am aware of which items I have granted you. I can not grant you the forged note or the report for angry goblin. You should be able to progress the quest with items I've reinstated to you, which can be exchanged for the forged note and the report.
