what file saves the data for log in info? what i have is i have a bunch of account auto saved on the launcher. but for some reason. one of the account when i select it is not going to the right account but going to a different account. out of bout 8 account 7 work find but this one account keeps loading in a different account. I am thinking this accounts data is messed up in what ever file the game saves the log in info and i need to delete it and have the game recreate the info.
You could try to look for the 2 INI files for that character in your EQ folder. Should be charname_server.ini & UI_charname_server.ini Shut down game. Rename the 2 files or cut/paste them somewhere handy (in case this does not work or it does & you want to copy over some settings later). Start game & test. Or maybe just stick a second icon on your desktop and put him on that one for a log in or two and see if it acts better. I have 8 myself I am using with no problem but I don't use one icon at the same time for them all. Uncheck the "x" next to his name and relog and reset him to save. Hopefully something will help.
