My girlfriend has an account that was originally set up here in the US. One of her friends who lives in Germany paid the account for like 1 or 2 and the accepted form of currency was somehow changed from American to German. The account has since been taken back over by her and she has not been able to change it back to accept American currency. She has not been able to purchase EoK. (She really want to buy the expansion). However it's not accepting an American Credit card for that or to set it up for all access membership She's been having to use Krono's. Any help, advice, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
She needs to file a petition requesting this to happen. She will have to prove that she is the account owner. There were shennigans a few years ago that may have caused her account to lock up like that.
