Wouldn't it be nice to have an active customer service staff with access to server logs who would investigate and make a determination as to whether further action was necessary in order to deter a repeat occurrence?

Toxic players and cheating is about all that's left in Everquest these days. Either stick to raid logging in an instance-only guild or learn how to put up with this, because it's not changing.

Aren't you now also breaking the rules by posting an image with his name and calling him out? Pretty sure there is a no name & shame / witch hunting rule for the forums.
