all we do is ever on the forums, screw it taking the money I pay for 4 accounts and finding a different game that actually has customer service. cant take this anymore!!!!

@Lorlgon - quit yer bitchin. Things happens. Servers go down. Every internet based service has unexpected downtime and it's to be expected. It's not the end of your pathetic existence so why don't you do something else for a while and come back to it once the issue has been resolved.
I think the primary issue is that this seems to be a fairly common event with no good immediate way to reach a support technician to get them on it. I'm sure DBG is happy that you're understanding about these kinds of issues, but that doesn't make it better that: Server status page doesn't include a login server status Everquest is the only game down right now There's no telephone number to call them There's been no feedback from GMs, devs, community managers, or otherwise on the forums ...or Twitter That this happened March 24th, April 6th, April 13th, April 24th, and then again today Hurrah on Lorlgon for voting with his wallet. Shame on you for suggesting he continue to pay for a service he's not happy with.
