I'm seeing gradually deteriorating lag conditions on Mangler (significantly more rubber-banding), and I understand about memory leak creep from all the instances and picks. This always gets fixed on server reboot, and the reboot process doesn't take that long (max. 2 hours) when there aren't any patches being applied. So why not schedule a short downtime two weeks after the monthly patch, or two weeks after the hotfix a few days after, giving us back more reasonable server performance until the next monthly patch?? This approach is SOP for pretty much every MMO out there with instanced zones; in fact, weekly server refreshes are more common now than bi-weekly. Is there some logistical difficulty as yet unexplained by the devs?
