23rd Anniversary NPC not spawned

    Zone: Shar Vahl, Divided
    Location: -62.52, -187.09, -188.61, 192.16

    Description: 23rd Anniversary NPC is not up in Shar Vahl. Per ZAM its supposed to run until May 10th.

    You want to be in the original Shar Vahl zone, not the new one in NoS.

    Also you don't mention which one. And there are more than one 23rd.

    So in addition to the quest NPC being in old Shar Vahl and not Shar Vahl Divided then you might be trying to get Beyond Espoir but Beyond Espoir - Requires Death Finds a Way to Request. -

    Edit - I like Fanra's set up for the Anniversary quests. It shows who and where the quest npc is and the rewards. Then I go to a site with more detail like Allah or EQ Resource or Bonzz
