This seems painfully low considering many hacking or harassment claims require video evidence to prove. For the request I put in tonight I just uploaded the videos to youtube because they were a few megs too large. It adds a whole lot of extra work for something that's already really not fun and I only bother with when somebody is blatantly hacking or harassing me. So I'm curious if anyone else has submitted recordings using youtube and had your ticket resolved adequately? Also, any recommendation for tools that reduce video file sizes without cutting the length? Thank you
