Splitting combat dummy's ac into their own separate modifiable mitigation and evasion values would be useful.
AC has no effect on the second number, that's gonna be from stats changing that do effect that numbers (see Dzarn's reply in the AC vs ACv2 thread for what's going on with the calculations)
