Gnoll hide lariat works in group and raid. I just bandolier it when needed.

On the other hand, Captain Kar in the instance (who drops below 121) is stunnable with weapons from from previous expansions and the current.”

Ethersmash has 40 mana cost on it, it just doesn't use it being a weapon proc
