My bad, I should have said Bertoxx server. And they are still down as of Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 8pm EST.
Possibly just a Bertox situation? On Bertox communication is at a dead stop. No Chat Channels (server wide or cross server), no Friends / Ignore list and no in-game e-mail. I have verified with others they have the same issue. As I type this, one Player in OOC just asked when chat would be fixed.
Also tagging along having this happen. 1 account with a persona - full reset to level 1; but agents / achievements all still show as complete. Other account i have does not have a persona and no such reset has occurred. I did not notice if the stats reset prior to the persona hitting level 85.
This may only be a Bertox issue, it seems that most comments in several posts on this issue (chat services down, missing friends/ignore lists, etc.) are from people on Bertox. In the posts that I've seen, I've only seen one dev comment and that was that they couldn't reproduce it (maybe tried on a server where there was no issue?). Chat services have been unavailable completely since (and I've had a few people mention that it was even before) the last patch. Can someone PLEASE look into this?

Assuming this is related to the no chat channels, perhaps use a VPN to access EQ from somewhere else besides your offices and go on the Bertoxx server. I am dumbfounded, as everyone in my guild from across the USA has no chat channels, and you say you can't reproduce this...

I merged together a few threads reporting the same underlying issue. The chat systems on Bertox and Zek should be functional again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
