Really makes me wonder if any of the guys ever get into any trouble for tax evasion.

Last night, I too observed this player briefly after being warned about him by a concerned player. I had just zoned into Lavastorm from Nektulos. He was at the succor point and playing a female dwarf. He went invis almost immediately. There was no spell casting message either. Dwarves do not get the hide skill so he was using some kind of hack.

This person is making a mockery of EverQuest's rules against hacking. Hopefully, whoever is in charge of security at Darkpaw will do a serious investigation and apprehend the perpetrator.

As an aside, the concerned player told me he did a /who XXX of this player and saw that he was in the Plane of Knowledge. He speculated that he was in PoK to buy rare spells and that he plans to sell them once the expansions are unlocked on Yelinak. If this is true, this a horrific abuse that needs to be stopped.

Within a very short period of time after True Box was launched, there were programs and scripts working around it. That was over 6 years ago, by the way.

While this person is using a hack to go to PoK so that hack can exploit the zone connections in PoK, no question, there are ways to wind up there accidentally through a series of bugs as well. Everyone who has ever wound up there has universally said there are no NPCs anywhere in the zone.

Dang, just don't use cheats. It ruins the game for everyone else.

Never been there out of era personally but from people who have (so take that for whatever you think its worth) there are no NPCs up in PoK until PoP. The stones aren't even working. If you end up in PoK accidentally you need to gate/origin to get out, otherwise you're just stuck in an empty zone.

Kinda hard to SS someone warping around. You might of meant video footage. Ive just given up DBG will do anything personally. People have submitted videos and I personally know dozens who have put in petitions across at least three guilds. You need less evidence and witnesses to convict someone of a capital offense in a US court of law. Its obvious they dont care about third party software and are spending the majority of the time trying to catch people afk with pets set to guard. Which is funny cause thats an in game mechanic that SOE put in the game. Literally a game function and they worry about it while dudes warping around blatantly.

20 visible lines in the window you reported from, basically to report verbal abuse, /ooc /shout etc.

Do a /petition , screenshots, if you can capture video, DM a dev to point them to it.

One can also have fun with them, like Divine Auras, aggro gaining spells on cleric merc, dispells. ;-)

Ya The amount of people warping is bs. Friend was at fish bone camp, has mob to 5%, chanter warps in charms mob, warps away blurs and kills, then warps to commonlands tunnel.

Its only when this certain somebody is in the Hole that half of the undead mobs just mysteriously appear on top of groups killing Yael. If he is in the zone and your guild engages Yael just automatically assume every mob in undead is going to be popped on top of your raid.
