I have had a problem with some housing zones not loading without trying a dozen times over 10 minutes. Nothing else I've noticed. Bertoxx server. Which is a message we aren't supposed to get anymore when entering housing zones. Nowadays, it's supposed to begin zoning with it taking slightly longer and getting the message 'loading zone'.
I just encountered this same issue when requesting PoHate instance in South Ro. It's been 'pending' for 10 minutes now.
The last time something like this happened, it got some visibility in the bug forum. I think that's the right forum to put it in, (and bump it), not here.
