It's possibly related because EQ just went to 64 bit. This is the only major thing that has changed and that is no small change. Therefore, the law of unintended consequences must be considered.
They're not even arguments - they're hyperbole. You don't even have to move the cheese any more. The perception of dairy gone missing is enough to convince people it's true. There's nothing wrong with XP in EQ except the perception that a problem with XP actually exists.

Where is that ratio from? I am not denying that is occurring but it is a far cry from an empirical "many." It could be a software issue from a specific computer manufacturer. Should I get addressed? Absolutely. Is it fair criticism of EQ's quality in general? No.
