Planes of Power... at level 60....in Kunark Gear

    Just curious since I'm not much of a raider: what makes these fights difficult and the others easy?

    Rathe council -> There's 12 "council" members that you need to kill. All of them have to die within seven (7) minutes from the first one to die. All 12 must be dead for the Avatar of Earth to spawn, so if you don't do it right, you blew however long your setup took. You have to bring the six mezzable ones into the cave (easiest to place them there), keep them mezzed, whittle them down to 5% each or so, remezz them, then pull singles of each of the non mezzable six members, and get them each down to like 7% and have them off tanked, then, when you get to the final member, start burning them down and plow through them as fast as possible.

    Tallon Zek (the PoTime version) just deletes tanks on a regular basis (moreso in launch of PoP, less when you get Time geared).

    Most of the God fights in time are simply kill + control/kill adds. Zek's in Time have some different mechanics. One has an assortment of debuffs, some are cone AOE so the boss can't be turned at all or a lot of DPS will eat it. The other just has mirror images that need to be kited and will feign/stun the tank so you need to have multiple tanks building aggro.

    Rathe is pretty easy now that everyone knows the strat, just a matter of executing it. Still, much more than a tank and spank like most other fights. Have to pull out 6/12 of the Rathe and get them low then mez them, the other 6 are not mezzable so you pull them 1 at a time after the first 6 are mezzed, get low and offtank. They hit for much less when below 10% health.

    I would love to see how level 60's in Kunark gear fare against a wild rampage boss.

    Mobs on Test have MoTM.

    No, they don't. Not since they put in the 5 expansion removal clause on MoTM. Test is more than 5 expansions past even PoP.

    Mobs in the AoC instances on Test should have the current era MOTM on them.

    RC was affected by the global respawn reduction so it's more like 5.5 minutes now.

    No they don't. The only way to get MoTM on mobs is in the Arena you can talk to them and they will buff themselves with it.

    Revert AC/DPS tables, AAs, and server lag back to circa 2000s and I would be impressed.
