Compensation or Reimbursement Must Happen!!

    What kills me is the total lack of communication from their CSRs. I pay them $90 a month. The least I expect is more frequent updates. I would either like my subscription extended by one day or double exp this weekend. Step up Daybreak, communicate with your community.

    More frequent updates would've been nice, yes.
    On the other hand, when there is nothing new to report, what good would do us new posts every hour or two of the same wording?
    I would've liked to get more info, like what the server updates were, and during the patch, what went wrong (helps with an educated guess on the duration to expect - is it worth waiting or should one go to sleep early?) and so on. That's a sensible request imo, but a hard to fulfill one. Contrary to the one of this thread - easy to fulfill but not all too sensible, imo. (and what bothers me most is the "must" instead of "should" or "i want" - the sense of entitlement it conveys)
