    broken housing... what a lame excuse. Is all of EQ on a single server? Hell, put your authentication server in the cloud for crying out loud. For that matter, put all your servers in the cloud and outsource your payment system to a reputable and secure company. That way you don't have to maintain hardware and all of the associated costs and you can focus on what you do "well". Server reliability obviously doesn't seem to be in your wheelhouse.

    Thanks for posting. Although continual "We are working on the issue," posts do not fix the problem, it does keep moral higher and at least let the players know they are not being ignored.

    Yes, just please keep us posted on 30 minute to 1 hour intervals so we don't feel like we are being ignored, and as soon as you have an estimated ETA, please let us know that too.
