    I just put it in windowed mode, turned gamma on for windowed mode, and resized it to fit my screen.

    Yeah, but that still gives me a windows toolbar at the bottom and an application title bar at the top.

    There's a way, using software that cannot be named on these forums. Does not work on the truebox servers, legal on the rest.
