    *Patch Day*

    Today's patch contains a wide variety of enhancements and changes. Due
    to the number of changes being made, this list is primarily a summary.
    Extended descriptions of the changes and the reasoning behind them can
    be solicited on the EverQuest Message Boards.

    *Spell and Skill Changes*

    Druids, Shaman, and Clerics:
    --- Superior Healing moved to level 51 for shamans and druids.
    --- Casting difficulty of Superior Heal reduced (less fizzles)
    --- New level 55 Druid and shaman spell, Chloroblast, similar to remedy
    for clerics.
    --- New Druid spell at level 60, upgrade to superior healing, Natures
    Touch.
    --- Created a new spell effect for Celestial Healing, Celestial Elixir,
    and Torpor. This will allow them to stack with all other spells, save
    spells of the same type (Heal over time). Prior to this, all heal-over-
    time spells followed the same rules as regeneration spells.
    --- Reduced the casting difficulty of Remedy.
    --- Lowered recast time on Wake of Karana

    Prathun, thanks for all help so far. The warders in ST are infact fairly well set on HP, would love it if some of these mega boring fights could hit a bit harder though when we let them die faster. So not just a nerf but a balance.

    Tieyla dont be so nasty, u will get ur turn soon too.
    It was the first time we engaged the Warders ... and they dont match the NToV dragons at all.
    Nothing was changed yet on the server, so its nothing to do with the fix we did ask about HP regen.

    We said we need mobs hitting harder with more ae effect, but not a 90 mins fight piss easy but so long due to hp regen. Thats all, so stop to make film in ur head, u know nothing Tieyla!

    IHMO should to not regen for design bad into mistake for buff of instead AEs.

    Mob regen is garbage, lazy design that does nothing but favor massive guilds and hurt smaller guilds. As people have said numerous times, just increase hp proportionally.

    Prathun,

    I looked into the Red Dragon Scales (Bard/Warrior Epic drop) on Allakhazam and there are posts from July 2001 talking about the the scale dropping off Nortlav in the hole. There are quite a few which lead me to believe that is an accurate guesstimate of when Nortlav was introduced.

    If those are accurate, that would put Nortlav around the Velious/Luclin era.

    That would put it in the Luclin era. Not really anywhere close to the Velious era. Maybe I am getting my dates mixed up though its possible.

    Luclin was released December 2001. Velious was December 2000

    Assuming the datestamps on Alla comments can be trusted, the original Nortlav the Scalekeeper must have existed on or before March 15th, 2001. Significantly closer to Velious release than Luclin.

    i killed a crazed Chelaki several times in DN without any loot dropping.
    I also killed Dominator Yisaki several times without any drops.

    Noraml they dont drop loot or a bug?

    There are no progression server restrictions for "an outcast siren," but she does have a 24-72 hour initial delay on her spawn, and she has a very long respawn time, and she can be killed.

    Dominator Yisaki isn't guaranteed to drop anything interesting.
    a crazed Chelaki's does always drop an item, but its treasure tables are blocked until LDoN is unlocked.

    Prathun, will Rushka and Srendon be manually popped on Ragefire, similar to Bakrav? I had gone searching yesterday, and was able to find Bakrav in Commonlands for the bard disciplines, but didn't see Rushka or Srendon in their respective locations.

    No. Bakrav could be spawned manually because his spawn was inactive. Rushka and Srendon's spawns and their merchant list items are restricted to the unlocking of future expansions and this cannot be easily overridden.
