    Fixed Form of Defense XXVI is a 16 second buff, not permanent upgrade to Shadow of Defense

    This was happening on six NoS rings and has now been fixed. Should be working on Live after this upcoming update.

    Not A Bug Blood-Soaked Items Dropping - NoS

    ToL and now NoS should have blood-soaked items dropping. These typically change on level cap increase expansions.
