No No Yes Clarification: The answer to the question, "Is the NPC involved in a quest?" can be very misleading (unintentional). If you want to go down this path, be more specific please.
Recap Yes Is our target an NPC? Do you kill the NPC and get loot? Is the NPC a Goblin? Was this NPC introduced in PoP or prior? Is this NPC in a dungeon? Is this NPC in Kunark? Does the NPC drop gear to be worn? Washes hands after using washroom (Assumed) No Is it an item? Is it a female? Is our NPC involved in a quest? (answer may be misleading) Was this NPC in Classic (Pre-Kunark)? Is the NPC marked as a raid encounter? Is the loot a weapon? (Still struggling with the question. Hint: The NPC may drop from a table of items. Big Hint: What is a weapon?) Is the NPC a playable race? Is this NPC in a PoP zone? Is this NPC a Sarnak? Is the NPC a Froglok? Or maybe a Drolvarg?
Thank you. I guess I could have bolded the world weapon. But I meant to clarify that loot from a particular mob can include several things, for example some food, something to sell, other stuff, and maybe a weapon or maybe something else to equip. You have clarified that the reason we might want to kill this NPC is to not to get a weapon. Is the desired loot visible when equipped?
