Your local mall just got smaller

Payless Shoes is closing all it's U.S. stores.

Which is surprising sing their "high class" update went over so well a few months ago.

Toys R Us, Sears and now this. They couldn't compete with the big guns.

They fought, they lost, and now they rest.

I hear you, with big chain stores going out of business, malls are slowly dying out

I think it's kinda funny that part of a local mall was taken over by city/county offices.

They put some of the municipal court house functions in it including juvenile services.

Meaning: You get caught shop lifting at that mall...they'll take you immediately to another store at that mall. *laugh*
