Besides disabling certain trinkets and the nerfing of shields, that else is different in arenas compared to open world pvp? Im not fully caught up.
Open world you are normal, skill points matter, roles actually do something and other things like that
Read the past few updates in the "Announcements" and "Update Notes" sections of the forums. A lot of changes were made to arenas. Open world is still the same.
