Why not answer tickets?

    Hmm...

    If you mean tickets submitted to support, then the devs will not read and answer you directly with those. Customer Service handles it first; if the devs need to take action, then they will be notified and action will be taken.

    Edit: If you truly feel that a dev needs to look at your issue, you should PM (private message) them directly.
