Why Does AA Look So Bad On Console

I don't have this issue with my PS4 Slim; the resolution does not have the jagged edges that Drake's examples seem to display. Then again, I have my PS4 hooked up to a computer monitor, which seems to eliminate that issue. My computer monitor is newer than my television, and I have a switch screen option that lets me switch from PS4 to computer whenever I need to. It is a slight annoyance at best; I am saving up for a second computer monitor for my PS4.
