Where is the fourth investigation of the new alert?

    How do I get the fourth investigation of the new alert?
    I've rounded the whole labyrinth, killed Meduza, searched every door and nothing ...
    Where is the fourth investigation?

    It is in the pathway opposite the Phoenix room (where you get some of the eggs). In the second to last room in that pathway there is a doorway (blocked) on the right hand side, if you click the lever besides the blocked door, it will open and you will be able to get the investigation.
