    Solar Amplifier, Strategist Card, Transformation Card for Single Target
    Transformation Card, Strategist Card, Grim/Quislet/Eye of Gemini for AoE, depending on Loadout and/or group.

    For DPS (aoe and St) I use transformation, grim, Quislet.

    For healing, trans, Clarion, demon fang.

    For DPS with Water I've been using

    Solar / Trans / Grim

    Water benefits more than most power sets from Grim's PI applicator. I use Dehydrate instead of a Supercharge, so Quizlet doesn't work well for me. If you're using High Tide with Shark, the Transformation card is essential.
