what wrong with server

    i was lvl 15 then server close i become lvl 9 again can any 1 pls help me ??is this bug or i have to restart all quests again ??

    it sounds like you have connection problems and got a rollback. But I doubt it was 6 levels - normally only the last 5 minutes can get lost.

    Maybe you accidently switched servers and are on a different character now?

    There is a daily server reboot. It usually lasts less than 30 minutes.

    When the servers are down, your cached level displays. Your cached level may be the level when you last logged in.
    If you logged in earlier today and you were Level 9, that may be the level recorded in your local cache.

    Your actual level should be stored on the server.
