What Powers Were Affected The Most..

    ...by the hotfix?

    i know mental has been affected as has quantum.

    i used to hit the sparring target (1 target) for the highest of 76k crits with mental and 10400 might.
    now i can barely hit for 55k

    yes, its still alot...but im wondering what powers got affected the most
