We need the starting weapons added to a vendor in WT and HoD!

In the WATCHTOWER and HALL OF DOOM there are vendors where one can buy all of the styles available at character creation. PLEASE add the starting weapon styles, that is, the weapons a character starts with to one of the vendors in the WT WAR ROOM and the HALL of DOOM ARMORY
