Wasn't this item tradable?

    I know the Cowl can be traded, but when did this become non-tradable? I was happy as hell for how broke I am (see money), but when I tried to put it in the broker, it was like watching the most horrifying scene in The Brave Little Toaster.

    Must be a bug resultant if the GU or something. I saw it on the broker on EUPC only a few days ago.

    well...the cr40is angelic stuff that you could get from T3 shady nightclub duo used to be tradeable too, but is not anymore.
