On USPC, there is at least 1 phase that if you were to choose it or if you warp to it by random, the screen will go blank and 1 minute later, you get the Disconnected screen. Error 0x000E,5,0. "The world is currently down for maintenance." One of the phases here is bad and is causing this. I dont know which phase is bad since I am warping from Cursed Gotham, but it has happened to 2 of my toons so far. The only work around is to wait a few minutes, relogin again, and pray that I finally get loaded into a good phase.
US/PC can confirm this is a thing. twice I disconnected warping to and from event zone. Error message world is down for maintenance.
